The AS3 is now in physical form. 126 pages of rules, Blasted Earth Ecologies, and Game Master guide. We included the Brainchip booklet and the Blasted Earth Edition of the Encounter Encyclopedia into the book so you have it all in hand bringing the book to 210 pages.

Those items we did not hit stretch goals for will be put out during the year as PDFs for supplement book. Some of the robotic content will appear in Apocalyptic Mars which is currently being written.

So when are you going to ship it? Excellent question. We started last week and 5% of you have products on the way. I expect to have 60-70% of your shipments out by the end of next week.

Keep in mind, A few BEAS-2017 adventures are still in production and should be available in a couple weeks and the card decks are on back order but we expect them soon. What does that mean? This means you will get two shipments rather than delay any further. The AS3 along with the 7 completed adventures modules and rewards will ship during the next week. A backer access page for PDFs is being constructed and PDf will start loading into that section in the next 15 days for all our digital and loot box backers.

The second, and for a handful of people third, shipments will contain everything else due to you and a physical copy of the first newsletter. The backer Encounters and A.I.s which were included in the AS3 will get further defined as we write encounter for them to be published in the final four newsletters this year. The first three newsletters having already been written by James M. Ward in 2017.

It will likely be Friday before most packages make it to the post office so do not expect to see them next week. Some will take 8 to 10 days to reach you once mailed.

Garycon, Blasted Earth one year ago today, Fulfillment update

One year ago today, We funded on Kickstarter.

Today, we have fullfilled  5% of our backers. We expect the softcover AS3 in a few days and that will open up fulfullment for 35% or so more backers.

Our play test of Dragonscales Fantasy RPG based on the Ward Card System was a big hit at Garycon this past weekend. The play test of LS1 Ancient Astronauts was also a success as we found some sections played very well and the concept of tracking air (like an underwater adventure in AD&D) was not good for some players so we are including some alternate rules and technology to eliminate that need for Gamemasters who wish to do so.

We had three of the Blasted Earth Adventures with us and everyone who played 77 Worlds loved them. 5 other will get printed this week and next then the final 4 in two weeks.

First Shipments, Status, and final covers

Greetings Fans of the Apocalypse

Emails started going out over the weekend. We are validating each backer one at a time given the state of backerkits survery. As we do this, those who ordered products already on hand are being shipping. Those who will get multiple shipments should have your first shipment mailed prior to March 5th. For a few, your shipments are on their way. Bear with us.

Update: 11 of the 12 BEAS2017 module covers are now final and heading to the printshop. We should have 8 of the modules ready for shipment next week along with AS3 The Blasted Earth. Your email will detail what rewards you will recieve. If you find an error please contact us. Once the first shipment is sent your status will show shipped and you will get a second email with the details for your second shipment.

The website has a PDF section. However, I am also considering other delivery methods for those who get a one time delivery of electronic files / e-Books. I will keep you posted. We will be uploading PDF's to the website where they will be available for sale and for access by everyone who's rewards include ALL PDFs. *If you have an account on the website.

2018 February - Light at the end of the tunnel

I thought we would be done by now and I know most of you did as well. So here is the short story. We are doing a last minute update to all 330+ Encounters and thus updating every product in the Kickstarter because one of our early readers found a few conflicts between products. It can happen with multiple authors and multiple editors and it did.

The last few covers are being completed by the print shop this week. Next week, I fully expect to have AS3 and most of the 12 adventure modules in hand. I have decided to ship to some of you in two shipments at my own cost. This way we can ship everything that is ready before Garycon and ship anything remaining when the custom card decks come in. Many of you will get everything in one shipment but those with large numbers of products and all 12 adventures will see two shipments most likely.

The emails I mentioned in the last update will be out over the weekend. I am setting aside Saturday afternoon to finish the spreadsheets and get the emails sent with your inventory validation for shipment. There is nothing you need to do unless you see an error. Finally, if you are going to be at Garycon, Please let me know. We may be able to bring your loot box or at the very least say hello in person. This project is our main focus until each one of you has everything you earned as a reward for backing us. Thank you for your support.

2018 January – Product Shipment Schedule

Greetings and Happy New Years. As it turns out, the computer crash resulted in losing most of the layout work from November, We are about 85% recovered and should be ready to print before the end of the month. 11 of 12 Adventures are done, The AS3 Book is in layout after a final edit by the authors.

Here are a few samples of the adventure cover prototypes. All that is left is to update the back cover text and the player intro which will be done by Friday.

Next up is the print the Illustration book and the new QSG which will happen on Saturday. The Encounter guide is still out for debate if it will be a standalone flip book or incorporated into the back of the AS3 book.

We will begin shipments in about 10 to 15 days. I am expecting to ship out 15 to 20 boxes a day so everyone should be in the mail within two weeks from the first shipping day.

Lastly, I should have confirmation emails out to everyone with their product list in 3 days. If you see an error, please let me know before we start shipping. PDF downloads will all be available within a few days of the first shipments going out so everyone should have their rewards within a few days of each other.
